Terms Of Use

While we welcome suggestions on links for Playground Prime, please be aware that we maintain a very high standard of excellence for those sites that are added. Before suggesting a new site, please be aware that we do not include any of the following:

• sites that are primarily commercial in nature (i.e. where selling products is the primary focus)
• sites that are not appropriate for children between the ages of 2 and 16
• sites that include annoying pop up banners or intrusive advertising
• sites that are poorly designed or executed (including sites with broken links, use of frames with no breakout option, etc.)
• sites that don't have children's entertainment as their focus
• sites that don't include pages that will appeal to children (i.e. there must be more there than just biographical info, for example. Art to look at, music to listen to, stories to read - those are the kinds of things we're looking for.)
• sites on social networks (MySpace, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
• sites for anyone under the age of 18 (please understand, we are erring on the side of caution and safety for children on the Internet)
  

 
We are under no obligation to include any sites which we deem unsuitable for our directory. We appreciate your understanding.

Please note: Playground Prime is intended to promote people, not companies. Therefore, while we welcome listings for writers and illustrators, for example, we probably wouldn't list their publishers (unless, of course, they have a great section for kids on their site). The choice will always be to include great sites for kids!
