A site put together by an art teacher, Art Kids (not to be confused with another art site for kids by the same name but different web address) features art lessons for K-6 and 7-12, plus teacher pages. Minimalistic site, but lots of stuff here.

Doodle is an award winning 3D animated art show on PBS for children who love to draw. The web site includes activities, lessons, games, teacher/parent resources, and much more.

KinderArt ® is the largest collection of free art lessons on the Internet. It is a vast source of resources, including free lesson plans and ideas, which have been contributed by people from around the world. The Artist's Toolkit is an interactive site that allows children to explore the tools an artist uses to create a work of art, encouraging new approaches to learninging.
